Load-in: 2 hours before guest arrival. Truck only (no trailers). Power: Ceremony pavilion runs off 20A circuits; reception load typically needs generator support. Parking: Vendor lot at the base — we get our crew shuttled up. Curfew: 10:30pm music cutoff. We always coordinate with the venue's events manager 2 weeks before. Weather: Backup plan for ceremony in the barn is essential. Wind shields for outdoor speakers.
